How It Works
Fresh, folded laundry delivered to your door — in four simple steps. No sorting, no waiting, no stress.
Download CleanCloud & Place Your Order
Download the free CleanCloud app on iOS or Android, search for The Spin Spectrum, and place your order in minutes. Choose your service, select a pickup window, and add any special instructions — fragrance-free detergent, hang-dry items, anything you need.
CleanCloud keeps all your preferences saved so reordering is even faster next time.
We Pick Up From Your Door
At your scheduled time, one of our friendly drivers will arrive at your door to collect your laundry. Just leave your bag out — no need to be home. We'll send you a notification when we've picked it up.
We serve families across the metro area. Pickup and delivery are always free, no matter the size of your order.
We Wash, Dry & Fold With Care
Your laundry is sorted by color, washed at the right temperature, dried gently, and folded neatly. We use eco-friendly detergents by default — or your preferred products if you've specified them. Dress clothing is carefully hung to prevent wrinkles.
Please note: we do not offer pressing or ironing services. Comforters and household linens are deep-cleaned and fluffed.
We Deliver It Back Fresh
Your clean laundry is delivered back to your door, neatly folded and ready to put away. You'll get a notification when we're on the way. Standard turnaround is 24 hours — or same-day with Express.
Not happy with the results? Contact us within 24 hours and we'll rewash it for free, no questions asked.
